About the people
- Who will come to the home, and will it be the same person each time?
- How do you choose who to send?
- Can we find out a little about them before they arrive?
- How are carers checked, and how often are those checks renewed?
- Are carers employees of the company?
About the service
- Which services do you offer, and which aren't available yet?
- How long is a visit, and is there a minimum?
- Can visits be one-off, or regular, such as weekly?
- Who do I call if I have a question or need to change something?
About the money
- What does it cost per hour, and does that include GST?
- Does the price change by day, time or place?
- Will I see the full price before I book?
- How does billing work, and do I get a tax invoice?
About when things change
- What if I need to cancel or reschedule, and how much notice do you need?
- What if my carer is sick or can't come?
- Is there a contract, and can I stop whenever I like?
- How do I raise a concern, and what happens next?
