What you can count on
Carefully checked companions
Every companion completes a National Police Check, identity verification and two reference checks. Where a State or Territory operates a Working With Vulnerable People scheme covering this work, our companions hold that clearance as well.
How we check companions →A price you see first
From $120 per hour including GST. The price of each visit depends on the support you choose, the day and time, and where you live. You will always see the full price before you book.
What it costs →Time to do it properly
Our visits start at two hours. Our companions are paid a minimum of two hours for every visit, so that is the shortest booking we can offer.

Birchmere is built around one idea: care should be matched to who you are, not only to what task needs doing. Anyone can send someone to put the shopping away. We'd rather send someone who shares your interests, speaks your language and suits your personality.
We also think the people who love you should be able to see how it's going. Your bookings and a summary of each visit are in your account, and a care coordinator is a phone call away.
